We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Policy on Returns. So, if you’re unhappy with your things for any reason, you can return them in unused condition and unopened packaging for a complete replacement or refund within 14 days. However, if the item is damaged, malfunctioning, or if the wrong items were shipped, we will pay the return shipping costs.

If your package does not arrive for whatever reason, we will refund or reship it. A complete refund of the package’s real cost or a reshipment of the same product(S) bought. Customers have the option of receiving a full refund or having their order reshipped.

If a collection is required, it will be scheduled for a weekday only, during normal business hours. If you are unable to be present at the time of collection, the goods may be left somewhere safe.


We will send exchanges free of charge inside the EU; you will not be charged for the exchange order’s shipping charges. We will repay you the difference if you exchange for a lower-priced item; if the replacement item is more expensive, we will contact you to arrange additional payment.

Order Cancellation

If you desire to cancel your order after it has been placed or before it has been dispatched, please email us with your order number and a reason for the cancellation. We’ll take care of it as soon as possible. If we have already shipped your things out for delivery by this time, your request will be treated as a refund and will be subject to our policy.

Your refund will be issued to the same method of payment you choose. Refunds are processed as soon as possible. On returns, this can take up to 3 days. Please note that in busier periods refunds can take longer, but never more than 5 days.
